Recently Barry chatted with Michael Alexander about the case he litigated on involving Dr. Mark Trozzi.

In in part one of the interview Mr. Alexander shared that the case is essentially at an end and there is much to be concerned about how any health college may conduct an unlawful search and seizure of a member’s office without establishing reasonable and probable grounds, as required by the Health Professions Procedural Code. If you have not seen part one make sure you take the time to do so – it is an eye opener.

In part two Barry and Mr. Alexander talk about the recent trend in the judiciary that defers more and more to the “experts” and thereby many Charter rights of the individuals are being thwarted. This trend cries out for serious reflection on how best to protect basic freedoms.
