Jason James calls himself an essayist. He’s probably best known on X where he is the host of Brave New Normal. In part 1 of this discussion with Barry, Jason describes his almost natural progression from as a young man being pretty much a bonafide Lefty (not unusual for his age and the dominant political culture of the time), to a man in his early 40s, now referring to himself as a recovering Lefty.
